SHIPPING AND HANDLING
- This store is currently limited to U.S orders ONLY. Any orders outside the U.S. will not be processed or delivered at this time. Thank you.
- All orders will be shipped from a non-allergen free household. While precautions will be taken, a 100% cat-free allergy order cannot be guarnteed.
- Β I will do my very best to make sure your order is packed safe and sound. If you are missing any items/your items arrive damaged, please reach out to me at [email protected] with photos of your order + your order number. I'll do my best to help resolve your issue!
REFUNDS + RESALES
- For pre-existing items, Refunds and order cancellations will be accepted within ONE WEEK after the order was confirmed. Cancellation requests after ONE WEEK will not be accepted.
- Items can be resold, just make sure you're crediting cockar00.miss when advertising the product!
